Contact and use of the site
This page explains the technical tools and preferences used on the KODAKIL site. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. The contact form does not submit a message to our server; it opens a draft in your email application. An email you send is delivered through your email provider and processed to respond to your request.
Necessary local preferences
Language and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser. Your analytics choice is remembered on this device for six months and is requested again if browser data is cleared. If you use the account area, authentication data may also be stored in your browser to maintain the session.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process usage data such as page views and general browser and device information, and set cookies beginning with _ga. The Google tag is not loaded before acceptance. Advertising personalisation is disabled; form messages, email addresses and site query parameters are not included in analytics events.
Providers and retention
The hosting provider may process server logs to deliver and protect the service. Your browser also makes network requests to Google when loading fonts from Google Fonts. Google is a provider when Analytics is used; its data processing terms and international transfer arrangements apply. Analytics retention is managed in the property settings. Email retention is considered against the purpose of a request and applicable obligations.
Changing preferences and making requests
Use the control below to change your analytics preference. Declining does not prevent the main site functions. Withdrawal does not undo previous processing; browser settings may also be needed for cookies blocked by the browser or created on other domains.
